But it is true that there are many reoperations in the case of bone grinding rather than osteotomy. I really don't like the replacement method.....;;
However, even if it is an osteotomy, there are many cases in which the bone splits because the osteotomy part is not fixed well. So what I mean is that if the fixation is uncertain, the osteotomy becomes a problem.

왠지 그 의사분 말이 저에겐 이렇게 들리네요..
'광대는 빼를 쳐서 최대산 밀어넣을수 있는 만큼 넣기때문에 환자가 불만족 스러워도 재수술이 많이 없다'--->'환자가 아무리 부작용을 호소해도 재수술은 하지 않는다'라구요.. 나만의 착각인가.. ㅡㅡ;;

근데 광대를 밀어넣는다는게 자기 뼈의 두께에 따라 한계가 있지않나요?
해골 모형 보면 뒷부분 부러뜨려서 집어넣어서 묶는건데,, 너무 많이 밀어넣어서 부작용이라는게 이해가 안가서요,,

도무지 헷갈리네... 아마도 그말씀이 맞겠죠. 한계가 있는데, 사람들이 그 한계를 생각안하고 무조건 욕심을 부린다는말이 아닐까요?
