저작근이라고 하죠.. 우리가 음식물을 씹을때 사용하는 근육은... 그 원리랑 비슷한거 같은데.. 입 크게 벌리고 그러면 뼈가 아물지 않은 상태에서 넘 무리하시면 근육때문에 당기는 힘이 있어서 뼈가 틀어질 수 있다고 들었습니다. 전 입안절개로 수술했는데 제가 한 병원에서는 한달정도 있다가 그때부터 입벌리는 연습 아주 조금씩 단계별로 하라고 했구요.(하루에 1ml정도 더 벌린다는 맘으로) 그리고 다른 두피절개선생님꼐 상담받으러 갔을때는 그 분은 3달정도 될때까지는 입벌리는거 조심하라고 하더라구요.. 너무 무리하면 뼈가 틀어질 수 있다고.. 뼈 틀어지면 어케되는지는 아시죠?
입을 안벌리는것도 나중에 입벌리기 힘들어서 좋진 않지만 너무 무리하게 연습하는것도 위험한 거 같아요.. ^^
무리가지 않게 조금씩조금씩 더벌린다는 마음으로 연습하세요...

저는 한달넘어서 크게 입벌리는게 가능했어요~ 치과 충치 치료하는데
그때서야 가능했거든요~너무 무리하게 벌리려고 하지마세요~자연스럽게
벌어질때 그때 벌려요^^
