When can I open it?
Actually, I couldn't stand it... so I smoked a bit.
Has anyone had any side effects from smoking???
I always gargle, but it's so useless. It doesn't help me in life... I hate myself, really.. ㅠㅠ
I heard that smoking and alcohol can cause inflammation...
It would be best to avoid it as much as possible...

I want to quit smoking, but I guess I'm not having a good time.
Whenever you want to smoke, try to associate something very disgusting with it.
For example, if you see a maggot crawling out from between the brown leaves inside a cigarette, and when you cut the inside of the cigarette in half and see that it is swarming there, or if you keep thinking of the cigarette smoke as steam rising from snow poop, the taste of the cigarette will go down. I will.
As for association, each person can do it in their own way based on what they dislike.
They say that if you keep doing it, you can quit smoking. You have to have a strong will, though.

Tobacco and alcohol are substances that interfere with bone union. The hospital where I had the surgery said not to do it for about 6 weeks, and other places said not to do it for up to 3 months. If you have a chin, you should be careful for a while because of inflammation. If you have a cheekbone, please refrain from drinking and smoking as it interferes with bone union.

I quit smoking after surgery... It's been over a month haha
Nicotine patch... It eliminates the urge to smoke in the beginning.
