I don't know about square jaw surgery, but the cheekbones are really sagging. The reason is because I saw someone with saggy cheeks on the road a few days ago.. ㅠ.ㅠ The face shape..the features are really pretty..The nasolabial folds that go deep around the mouth..I felt as if all the flesh was down.. You can't take your eyes off of it~~ For those who have excellent skin elasticity, it's possible to prevent it if you pay attention. When you're older.. I don't think it's a joke.. Those who don't have elasticity in their skin should consider having a cheekbone surgery.. Me too. I've got everything planned.. The clown is about to give up.. It's an operation to make you look pretty .

The fundamental reason for sagging cheeks is *gravity*... When you are young, you are firm and elastic, but as you age, fat decreases and collagen, elastin, etc. decrease, making the skin between the skin and bones loose. So stand up and this skin flows downwards. However, in particular, the cheekbones that protrude forward play a role in the middle of the skin instead of going straight down. Even when you are losing weight, if you lose weight suddenly, your skin becomes shriveled without elasticity, but facial contouring surgery is more effective than that... When you're young, you don't feel it because of the elasticity of your skin, but when you're over 30, your cheeks start to appear faster than other people, and it's only then that it's been a few years since the surgery, so it's not the doctor's responsibility. Anyway, the doctor's dexterity is important, but as long as the fundamental *gravity* exists, it seems inevitable. The cheekbones have the most direct impact, and depending on the person, sagging cheeks may be seen when shaving the square jaw, nose, or mouth. Older people sometimes do face lifts to fix droopy cheeks, but they do it at a very old age, and I think it would be better to pay attention to the direction of giving elasticity to the skin when you are young. It is said that cheekbones do not have to worry about sagging cheeks with scalp incision except for a few exceptions.. Originally, a face lift opens the scalp and pulls it upwards. Anyway, my cheekbones don't come out that big, so I'm trying to do only the chin, but looking at my skin condition, I think I may have sagging cheeks too. Even now, if you pull the skin under the chin and pull it toward your ears, there is still some excess fat.

And what about Thermage? I'd like to try it before surgery, but I'm also thinking that if possible, my elastic skin will sag less. Have any of you tried it?

I saw it in a certain room... Some people are square and they say they do it like magic lifting. I don't know exactly what the procedure is ^^; He seems to be doing well. The downside is that the 2/3 year effect seems to be maintained.

Are you talking about the post below? ㅡㅡㅋ Magic Lifting is a bit disappointing that, no matter how effective it is, there is a foreign thread inside the face..

In the words of Miseon , you said that there is no sagging when the scalp incision is made (except for a few), but you said that the cheeks sag due to gravity. W, by the way, it is a phenomenon that the skin that the cheekbones used to support is drooping as the cheekbones disappear . The same term is really unfamiliar.

Magic Lifting is what people with sagging faces like bulldogs do. The person I know is in his early 40's and he looks 5 years younger than that...

I don't know the details either.... If I take a look at what I've heard here and there, the difference between making a scalp incision and a mouth incision for the cheekbones is that the incision with the mouth raises the muscles (?) attached to the cheekbones. It is difficult to walk. There is a fundamental difference between moving the bones by looking down from above with an incision with the scalp and pulling the bones up, and moving the bones by making an incision with the mouth and looking up from the bottom up. There are parts that should not be touched to prevent cheek drooping because of this, but once the incision is made with the mouth, the surgical field of view is narrow and this is difficult. It's easy to make a mouth incision smaller than the shape, but it's not easy to match the shape... Of course, exceptions apply everywhere... Oh, and if you want to make a side cheekbone, you don't need a mouth incision, just the front of the ear. I don't know.. But even if you have a square jaw, some people may not be able to find a place where the excess fat is attached, but the side clown can't be relieved either..

And even if I keep asking about Thermage, no one gives an answer.. In the meantime, I searched a bit and these days, I don't use Thermage, but I use Polaris a lot. There is not much information on the skin & beauty bulletin board.. Anyone know??

After re-reading what I wrote above, it sounds like I am defending scalp incision... My opinion is that the front clown should be cautious. If the front cheekbones are flat, Asian faces are still flat, but the face may lose the three-dimensional effect. I was only going to do a side clown, but I thought that the problem was the head size, not the clown, so I closed this one too.. This is impossible with surgery..

I'm in Japan...Reducing the head... After cutting out the top of the head, I cut it in a checkerboard pattern and put it back together. If it is not enough, the cartilage from the ribs is removed and attached.. In Japan, there are so many close relatives that it was performed when the head was born with a deformed head, but it is said that these days, it is also used for cosmetic purposes.

The cheekbones and the square are both drooping... I posted it on the consultation with a specialist over there, take a look. ㅡㅡ It is also due to age... ㅠㅠ I lost elasticity.. Anyway, this is something to be careful about... I'm worried .
