This is me about 5 months after my orthognathic surgery.
I was under a lot of stress with my chin.
I couldn't even chew food well, so I couldn't digest it all the time...
It looked bad on the outside and it was stuffy on the inside.
Then, I decided to have the surgery because there was no other solution than double jaw surgery for a severe chin like me.
Before surgery, tests related to general anesthesia, 3D CT scans, and dental examinations were performed. The examination was simpler than I thought. I had a very long consultation with the director.
And I heard that it is usually very painful and difficult after surgery. But when I remember back then, it wasn't that hard... If I listen to other people's stories, they say that it's very difficult to breathe and have phlegm right after surgery, but I spit out sputum well and breathe well.
It would be more accurate to say that it is a little uncomfortable rather than painful.
If I had to think about the pain, when I caught a whale when I was young (sorry, female members...^^;;) It hurt a hundred times and a thousand times more. I was hospitalized for about three days, rested while eating recovery meals and all kinds of juices, and then came back to Tongyeong.
As you can see, the result of the surgery is that the chin has improved. It's been chewed well these days, so it's digested well, so I'm getting a little bit of fat on my face.
At first, I was a little skinny, but after the surgery I gained a lot of weight. People say it looks a lot better.
I eat a lot of things I couldn't eat because I had a bad bite. I have always struggled to chew food and swallowed it, but now I know that food is fun to chew on. A while ago, I ate makchang, and the more I chewed it, the more bitter it became. The makchang, which I barely chewed and swallowed in the past, was really delicious. So these days, it seems like they enjoy eating makchang.
It's been about 5 months now, and I don't see any special abnormalities and I feel that the surgery went really well. People's greed seems endless, the chin has improved and now the eyes and nose are coming in.
So, despite being a man, I am interested in eye surgery and rhinoplasty these days...
So I'm also looking into eye surgery and rhinoplasty. ^^;;
I don't know much about eye surgery and rhinoplasty, so if there is a hospital you can recommend, please share.
It's a two-jaw surgery with a lot of talk and a lot of wear and tear, but it seems like there's no problem if you get it right. It's a very difficult and really risky surgery, as the rumors say.
First of all, if you have a lot of trouble with a jaw disorder like me, surgery is a must.
If you are thinking about beauty as well (only for those in severe cases!!!), double jaw surgery seems like a worthwhile operation.
