Sagging cheeks after cheek surgery

It's been a year and a month since my cheek surgery. My cheeks drooped so badly that it's now the twelfth day since I had a face lift... I've received a lot of inquiries about sagging cheeks, so I'll upload a photo for your reference.. In my case, I'm older (34) I don't have elasticity, so I think it's worse... The photo above was taken right after cheek surgery. It's swollen. Please take a look at it for reference. This is the only photo I have... The photo below is before the face lift. You can see it, if you look at it from the front, it sticks out like a dooly.

But have you seen the clown effect? You look like you have a lot of cheeks for your age, but are you fat? They were both of the same age and vast... Oh, I'm depressed... Does being taller really work? They said that they would come back in about a year....Did you really do it?

I'm envious that I have cheekbones hehe I was bulging 5 years ago with that scalp incision... I think it's different for each person. People who don't have cheekbones don't have any sagging cheeks because they don't have sagging cheeks even after cheekbone surgery. You are so pretty in my eyes haha

It looks like this is how it looks. In Kim Ah-joong's photo, there was sometimes a symptom like this, but it was a bulging cheek. If I cover only the front of the ears, I don't know anything else.

이년전에 지방도 넣은거에여.. 지방넣은것땜에 더쳐진거일수도 있어여..아무래도 살이없음 쳐질것두 없을거 같은데..전 탄력두 워낙없었어여
그래서 이번에 안면거상 하면서 지방녹여주셨는데... 아직은 붓기땜에 잘모르겠구여 실로땡기는건 효과가 오해못간다해서 전통적인 안면거상했어여 눈썹옆 관자놀이부터 뒷목부분까지 땡긴거에여
