Hello, it's been 3 months since I had the surgery.
My face shape is bumpy and wide, so my eyes, nose, and mouth look small and

Now I can sleep lying on my side,
eat meat comfortably, and open my mouth wide.
I frequently used cold compresses for a week right after the surgery, and frequently used hot compresses after that.
For a month, I only ate soft foods like porridge, soup, and steamed eggs. I also slept sitting up for a month with my pillow high, and
when I slept sitting up, the swelling went down quickly.
And I also did stretching exercises every now and then. Going for walks is a must!!
After the surgery, everyone around me asked me how I lost weight.
What I thought was important was a natural look,
and I'm so satisfied with my slim figure that came out so naturally.

Of course, I couldn't eat freely for a month because of the contouring,

I used a lot of Photoshop when taking pictures, but ㅠㅠ I almost never use Photoshop anymore.
It was difficult for 3 days right after the surgery, but after 3 days, I'm so happy. I wish I had done it sooner. I was worried that my jaw would get bigger or that my skin would sag because there was too much chin removal, but he did just the right amount, so I'm so satisfied ㅎㅎ
