Hi! It's been about 2 and a half to 3 months since I had my square jaw surgery. I'm very satisfied with the results. Before, I hated taking pictures because of my wide square jaw, and I hated tying up my hair, but now that my lines are clean, I live my life by putting on makeup and taking selfies. 1. Post-surgery care , guys. After surgery, you have to go to the hospital to check the progress, right? You have to follow what the hospital tells you to do. (Ex. taking medicine, wearing the bandage for a long time, etc.) I followed the hospital's instructions, and even when the bandage was removed, I wore it for 30 minutes and then took it off for 2-3 weeks. And here's a tip: Before surgery, it's good to drink tea or something good for your respiratory system. I drank some bellflower juice before my fasting time, so I didn't have a sore throat or pain after surgery. And the most important thing! After surgery, you have to fight against swelling, right? Steaming is the most important and you have to do it a lot. The hospital also told me to steam a lot... That's why I used hot packs a lot when I started hot packs and I lived all day long doing hot packs. It's true that the swelling went down quickly because I did hot packs often and a lot. Don't forget that swelling is a battle with hot packs! 2. Hospital selection and review I live abroad so I didn't have the opportunity to sell my legs. So I think I sold my hands for about 5 months. I sold them really hardㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ In the end, I chose this hospital, but when I was choosing a hospital, I only looked for hospitals with a director's career and a director who only had one director. I'm very satisfied with the result! Not only the director, but also the hospital staff were all kind. Every time I went to see the progress and during the consultation, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, since it was my first surgery and plastic surgery, I was really nervous, but I remember them helping me relax. And most importantly, the director adjusted to the direction I wanted. When you consult, tell me exactly what line and doctor you want. I told the director to do it safely no matter what and just wake upㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ And I asked them to do it naturally. Fortunately, the director and I had the same thoughts. What I remember during the consultation is that I asked for a line that would suit my face, but considering my facial features, overall mood, and facial nerves, he said that a V-line wouldn't work out lol. I think I told him 5 times that I didn't care and asked him to play it safe. (But I did get a V-line) - The price is honestly on the expensive side compared to other hospitals. But you guys. I want to tell you that plastic surgery, especially contouring, is a once-in-a-lifetime surgery, so go with the price. It's not that expensive places are always better, but the hospital's service and surgical quality are different. Okay? 3. Side effects There haven't been any side effects yet. And I had square jaw surgery, muscle removal, and cortex removal, and I have no problem opening my mouth at all, and I can chew all the meat and beef jerky now. But I definitely can't eat hard things like I did before the surgery. I try not to eat hard things as much as possible because my muscles won't grow after the surgery... Actually, I diligently steamed and compared to other reviews, the swelling went down relatively quickly, but it took a while for my mouth to open. I think it took about a month to a month and a half. When I asked the hospital, they told me to steam diligently and also do a lot of mouth-opening exercises. So I diligently did mouth-opening exercises. LOL This honestly takes time. If you have a square jaw and need muscle resection, you should leave mouth opening to time. Of course, you need to steam and exercise, but since you had muscle resection, it takes more time. That's why I think I was able to completely open my mouth after 2 months. 4. Final review I think even if it's only square jaw type 1, there's still some minor swelling left because it's a contour. The hospital also said it would take 6 months for the swelling to completely go down. I'm very satisfied overall! And for those of you who live overseas like me, I don't know about other surgeries, but you should think about the contour for two months. It's not over just by looking at the hospital's progress and getting the surgery... It would be nice to stay in Korea for two months. I would do it again if I could go back in time. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
