Hello, I'm leaving a review because it's my 2nd week of getting 3 contouring procedures + nose job + fat grafting from Samsaoh! It's a bit long because I wrote it in as much detail as possible! I originally had a long and masculine face, and my peanut-shaped chin was severe, so I decided to get 3 types of contouring and a receding chin at the same time. Since my nose is a beak-shaped nose with a drooping nose tip, I also got a beak-shaped osteotomy, a non-retaining shape + donated costal cartilage, and a forehead fat graft because I didn't like my low and bumpy forehead. ㅋㅋㅋ I heard that it would be better to do it all at once since I'm going through all that trouble, so I made up my mind and went ahead with the major surgery! Since I was going to do it all I wanted to make it as natural as possible rather than looking fancy, so I looked up a lot of reviews, and they really did a good job of making it look natural. When I actually went for a consultation, they listened to what I wanted, told me honestly what I couldn't do and what I could do, and they didn't make excessive recommendations, really. The part where they gave me sincere advice made me think that I should do it here ㅋㅋ [ On the day of the surgery, before the surgery] I had a brief consultation with the directors before the surgery, and I showed them pictures of Yoona for the contour and Han Ga-in for the nose and said this is what I want ㅋㅋㅋ I thought it was a bit shameless, but they said they would try their best to match it, so I was reassured ㅎㅎ But originally, I was going to get the rhinoplasty with my own ribs, but they said that my ribs weren't good enough for my nose... So I ended up going with donated ribs ㅠㅠ I'm a very scared person, so I didn't look up the surgery process or how it was done, and I just lay down on the operating table. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to have the surgery because I had a severe iron deficiency, but after the doctors in the operating room told me to take my iron supplements, I counted to 3 seconds and fell asleep ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ [ On the day of the surgery, after the surgery] After opening my eyes, I was leaning against the bed in the recovery room, and it hurt, but my throat was so dry.. I couldn't even breathe through my nose because of the rhinoplasty, and I was still dazed, so I couldn't even close my mouth, but I think I said, "Please drink water" 5 times in a row ㅋㅋ I held it in because they said I would be able to drink water after about 4 hours when I woke up from the anesthesia, and as the anesthesia wore off, it hurt so much that I screamed to myself, "Ughh ... I took a selfie to commemorate the day and spent the day waking up and sleeping repeatedly. [ Day 1] I was worried because I read a review that said it was hard to go home alone, but thankfully a friend picked me up and I was able to go home comfortably. On the way there, I kept breathing through my nose, felt dizzy, and my face felt hot, so it was hard, but when I got home, I took the prescribed medicine and Tylenol, and kept changing the ice pack to a cooler one, so I felt a lot better. My mouth still wouldn't close, so I had a hard time eating only soy milk, and gargling was hard, but I tried hard. When the evening came, my face started to swell up and I thought the bandage covering my face was going to burst. Haha. But it didn't hurt that much, so I was able to endure it. They said I could remove the gauze under my nose, so I did, and I spent the day wiping the blood flowing out with tissues. [ Day 2] I'm not used to sleeping sitting up, so I woke up early at around 8:00. But Director Park called me at around 8:30 in the morning and asked if I was okay and how I was doing. I was so touched that he took care of me even though it wasn't his working hours yet. Today, I went to the hospital and I visited on the day when the cotton was removed and the bandage on my face was removed, and they had taken some time before the surgery. ㅠㅠ They came and took another look at me and left, and I felt really reassured and that they were taking good care of me, so I thought it was a good idea to have it done at ㅅㅅㅇㅎㅎ The doctor in the treatment room was really kind and explained things in detail and in an easy-to-understand way. Most of all, he was fast and it didn't hurt. Other people say that they feel better and can breathe after removing the cotton from their nose, but I was still so swollen that I couldn't breathe.. But when they took off the bandage on my face, my face, which had been tight, hurt less and was livableㅎㅎㅎ I followed the doctor in the treatment room's instructions to use ice packs often, go for walks, take my medicine often, gargle often, and apply ointment to the wounded area, so I diligently did so whenever I had time. [ Day 3] The third day after the long-awaited surgery.. I thought my face was going to burst as soon as I woke up. They say the third day is the most swollen, but I think this is the first time my face has been this swollen since I was born. ㅋㅋ Still, I don't know if I have less swelling than others or if I have good recovery power, but I can close my mouth well now and my speech is a little slurred but it's comfortable. They said I could remove the tape, so I had to remove the tape that was attached to my chin. It was the most painful thing since the day of the surgery. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I barely managed to remove it while applying cleansing oil, but it stung.. But I was happy that I could at least wash my lower jaw. [ Day 4] It was amazing how people change day by day, and it was amazing how the swelling that had been so swollen gradually went down. ㅋㅋㅋ Because of the swelling, my round nostrils became slightly thinner and more vertical. Instead, I got a yellow bruise around my eyes. ㅎㅎ Even though I still had some swelling, I was so amazed and satisfied that my chin had completely disappeared. ㅠㅠ I felt a little hot, but it barely hurt. From then on, I got tired of soy milk, so I ate egg soup, but unfortunately, my gum stitches It was so tight... I had a hard time getting it out ㅠㅠ [ Day 5] It may be different for everyone, but even people around me were surprised that my swelling went down so much on the 5th day. My speech is no longer slurred and I can talk to my friends easily, and I don't feel sick anymore, so I don't take Tylenol anymoreㅎㅎ They said I could eat soft, non-spicy noodles like udon, so I diligently cut them with scissors and, instead of chewing, I just scooped them up with a spoon and swallowed them! From this time on, I ate dangguisusan, newvein, and pumpkin tea and prayed hard for the swelling to go down. [ Day 6] Normally, the 7th day is the day to remove the silicone support, nose bridge, sideburns, and thigh stitches, but I felt like the left silicone support had gone too far inward, so I called the hospital in the morning and asked if it could be removed today. They said it would be okay to do it a day earlier, so I went to the hospital right away and had it removed. Fortunately, it didn't go in, and after removing the silicone support, I was finally able to breathe through my nose as if my nose was completely unclogged. It was a whole new world..ㅠㅠㅠ I was worried because there were a lot of people saying that stitch removal hurt, but as expected, he was skilled and quick, and he removed it without any pain. He also checked the stitches in my mouth and removed the foreign substance from the egg soup that I thought was removed.ㅋㅋㅋ He also removed the forehead tape that was on because of the fat grafting and finally took off the nose splint. I felt so refreshed, and the bridge of my nose was pretty and smooth as if it wasn't my nose, but I felt like my nostrils were slightly visible, but Director Song came and looked at it, and he said that he had a major surgery at once, so the swelling went down. I was reassured because they said that it would get better once the swelling went down since it was there. After that, I also received a chin lift and went to the management office to get a cleansing, sebum removal, facial exfoliation, cryo cooling care, and a swelling laser. It was so comfortable and refreshing, but they said that the care items would change every time I visited. They told me to tilt my head back instead of bending it down, so I washed my head as soon as I got home and slept refreshed. [ Day 7] My nose was unclogged, so my mouth wasn't dry anymore and I slept so well. I didn't feel any pain anymore, it was much easier to eat, my nose was thinner than yesterday, and the swelling on the upper part of my face definitely went down quickly. My cheekbones, nose, and the upper part of my lips were numb, and there were still yellow spots on my eyes and chin, but my overall facial line was becoming more visible, so I was very satisfied. I walked on the treadmill every day and took chin lift and medicine regularly, praying that the swelling would go down quickly. [ Day 14] It was finally the day to have the stitches removed from my gums and nose, so I visited the hospital. After the CT scan, the stitches were removed, and really...lol, it really hurt to have the stitches removed from my gums. Maybe because my recovery was faster than other people's, new skin grew over the stitches and the flesh was slightly torn..? It was half painful to remove the stitches, half refreshing to finally remove them... They say that if you gargle diligently, the stitches will dissolve quickly and hurt less, but I guess they didn't dissolve well ㅠㅠ I held out while squeezing the innocent doll for no reason ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I immediately said that the remaining threads were dissolving threads, so I understood ㅋㅋㅋ Fortunately, the doctor in the treatment room was fast, so it was over as quickly as possible. After the gums were removed, the nose stitches barely hurt ㅋㅋ After that, the directors came one by one and compared the before and after of the CT surgery and explained it well, and they said that the contour was good enough to show other people as a good case, so I felt proud for some reason ㅋㅋㅋ They touched my nose and looked at it closely and said it turned out well, and that it would look really pretty once the swelling went down more, so I was really relieved ㅎㅎ And I went to the management office and received thorough cleansing, exfoliation, LDM lifting, modeling mask, and swelling laser, and they were really kind and meticulous about it, asking if there was any area that I wanted more, so I felt really good ㅎㅎ Every time I went, everyone was really kind, and I felt like I was really being taken care of . Thinking about it again, I think I made a good choice. I'm grateful that they did a good job on my face, just the way I wanted it, without being too much. It's only been 14 days, so there's still some swelling, but everyone said it turned out well, so I'm really satisfied. ㅎㅎㅎ
