It's been about 7-8 months since I got my contouring done. I'm Yeshin and I are getting married in the latter half of next year! They say that the swelling after a contouring procedure can last up to a year, so I got the surgery with as much time as possible, and Yerang and I fought a lot about the surgery in the meantime...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Now that the swelling has gone down a lot and my face is slimmer, I'm amazed and say I look much prettier..ㅎ The human heart is really fickle^^;;ㅋㅋ
First of all, I've been interested in taking care of my appearance since I was young, and because of my job, I got to meet a lot of good-looking and pretty people, so I think I've always had the thought of getting plastic surgery in my heart. (For reference, I got my nose done at the same time as my contouring....)
At first, I thought I was overdoing it, like upgrading from an Avante to a Maserati, but later on, I thought it wasn't too much to just get one done, later on, two were okay, and later on, I thought, if I'm going to do it, I might as well get three done...? I've been worrying about this for months, and honestly, I dare say that there must be many people among those who have had contouring done who have had similar worries as me... Anyway, that's why I decided on 3 types and went for consultations. I went to two places recommended by people around me, one place famous for contouring, and one place I found through a search. I went to a total of 4 consultations. Originally, there were two more candidates, but I didn't have the stamina, so I decided after consulting at only 4 places
. Anyway, as you can see in the picture, my face is a bit asymmetrical on both sides. One side of my temples is sunken and the other side is convex. ㅠ What concerned me the most was my cheekbones, but I wanted to have a fancy (commonly called a doll line?) line overall, so I ended up going around and getting the 3 types of surgery. It seems like the diagnoses from each hospital were different. Some said to do it like muscle binding or chin augmentation, but honestly, it was a surgery I never even thought about and it seemed like a really unnecessary surgery, so I tried to avoid it as much as possible.
In the end, I got the surgery at a hospital that diagnosed me with a trapezoid (front + back + top triple fixation), a square jaw with a long curve, and a v-shaped chin, and that it would be okay to get implants together because of the volume. I was hospitalized for a day after the surgery! I'm not sure if this is different for each hospital, but if you only get type 1 or a clown, you're not hospitalized. Anyway, for a few days after the surgery, you have to eat only soft foods, and this was secretly... hell ㅋㅋ I thought it would be okay since I was taking care of my body through a diet, but after a day or two, wow... I was so tired and so full that I felt like throwing up ㅠㅠ
A friend of mine who was suffering from a different surgery said, "A nutritional can?" Since that's what I was recommended by Greenbia Mild Care, I stocked up on it at home and ate it, but it's a bit expensive - 10,000 won for 200ml... Since I drank 4 cans a day, I spent 40,000 won on meals a day ㅠㅠㅋㅋ You don't have to eat this, you can eat porridge, pudding, or soft egg foods. I ate it for an hour and rested for 30 minutes like that, and I didn't do it when I slept, so it wasn't too uncomfortable. Since I'm a paper person, I walked hard while spraying the patch on my face ㅎㅎ
Anyway, as you can see from the before and after pictures, the contour is... It's hard work, but the difference before and after is that big, so I think it's a surgery with a high satisfaction rate if you get it done well. They said that we have to wait until the 9th month, but there haven't been any major problems so far, and the director said that the surgery went well. I wrote down everything I remember, but if you have any more questions, please leave a comment!!
