Both the first and second were done as full-face grafting, and I heard that the second one especially had the most grafting done on the forehead and nasolabial folds.
Of all the areas that have fat grafting, I like the forehead the most because it has the longest retention time and the volume the most, so I really recommend getting it done on the forehead. ㅎㅎ
