I went into the operating room that day , lay down on the bed, and was given anesthesia following the instructions of the busy nurses (make a fist, a needle is going in, a device will be attached to your finger, etc., all in a very busy surround sound) so I felt like I was going to panic and was so scared. They put a respirator on my mouth and told me to fall asleep, but I was so scared that I lost consciousness. When I opened my eyes again, I was in the recovery room. When I opened my eyes, the nurse spoke to me and told me to take care of things. My face hurt like I was struck by lightning. My body was shaking like an aspen tree, and soon the bed was warmed up. The first thought that came to my mind while I was out of my mind was, what on earth did I do? My nose kept getting phlegm and blood, so it was so hard to breathe. In the middle, my nose was blocked by phlegm or mucus, so I couldn't breathe, so I coughed and vomited foam. I spat it out into the trash can. It was hell for about an hour. I rubbed my legs in agony until the painkiller took effect. The painkiller took effect quickly, so I just focused on breathing. People usually say that they feel sick, but I didn't feel nauseous and just had difficulty coughing up phlegm. The oxygen mask and cold compress were all bothersome, so I took them off and the nurse said that I needed oxygen to wake up from the anesthesia, but I was wearing a mask and it was so hard to breathe that I felt like I was going to pass out, so I threw it away and focused only on breathing. I woke up and went to the bathroom repeatedly. I was in the recovery room for about an hour and a half after the two-hour surgery, so I came to my senses. The express bus home was 7 or 8 o'clock, so I decided to take it at 7 o'clock. That was because I felt like the anesthesia hadn't fully worn off. I was worried about whether I could take the three-hour bus and find a place to stay while carrying the heavy luggage I brought with me to Seoul, and every time I breathed, I would spit out phlegm and blood. About three hours passed in the recovery room. My body, which had been cold, had regained its body temperature enough to feel the bed warm, and the time it took to spit out phlegm had decreased, so I could breathe more stably. I decided to send my bag to the courier and take the bus. (No heavy luggage, make sure to bring your glasses because you have to take out your contact lenses, and you need tissues and a ziploc bag to spit out on the way home. The hospital helped me with my luggage by courier, and I couldn't put my contact lenses in, and the hospital also gave me tissues and a ziploc bag). I wanted to get a painkiller and leave the hospital, but since other types of painkillers can make you nauseous, I decided that it would be better to endure the pain and not get sick, so I didn't get it and was discharged. I changed into my uniform, put on a bandage, put on a hat, and went out onto the street. I couldn't catch a taxi, so I called out to the driver. My voice was blocked by the general anesthesia, so I had a hard time communicating with the taxi driver. I read an article about a patient who had a nosebleed on the way home before surgery. I thought it was a win-win since I didn't get a nosebleed, but when I lowered my head, my nosebleed started to drip. I was just about to arrive at the terminal, so I put on a mask and went to the bathroom to get it. The nosebleed stopped quickly. It was okay as long as I didn't lower my head. I coughed up phlegm and blood 3-4 times in the 3-hour express bus ride and slept half-asleep. I was able to drink water after discharge, so breathing became easier. My head kept pounding and bumping into the seat. The bus was quite noisy. The road from Seoul Express Bus Terminal was a bit confusing, but I got home safely and drove home in my own car. I got off the bus and lowered my head to pack my bags, so my nose bled, so I blocked it with tissue paper and drove home. I took Newcare, took medicine given by the hospital, and fell asleep. On the 1st and 2nd days, I felt much better breathing than on the day of the ride, and I coughed and almost vomited occasionally because of the phlegm, but I focused on being able to breathe comfortably. The pain was really minimal, and the swelling was not too bad. I barely felt any pain after taking the medicine. I don't remember well. I took Newcare, used a disinfectant, and went to sleep. Hungry I started eating porridge with a spoon 3-4 days I don't walk and only do compresses once a day. When I need to lose weight, my swelling is at its peak like a hamster ball. When I wake up, my swelling is really bad. Before I go to bed, it's quite low, so there's a big difference. I took a lot of pictures and felt catharsis from the crazy outlines on the app pictures. With a regular camera, the curves are pretty, but because it's swollen and bruised, it looks realistic. The bulldog line that looks like sagging is still visible. I was a little relieved to see that it was there in the pre-surgery picture. I think it's because I was very swollen that it stands out more. My voice started to come out on the 4th day. Before that, I would make a squeaky sound at the sound of the wind. After the cold compress, the swelling was definitely different . I'm addicted to pictures taken when I'm in good condition. (+ I got botox for square jaw at the same time as the surgery)
