hello. In 2011, I underwent chin osteotomy at a well-known hospital.
The hospital has been doing well and expanding over the past 10 years, but every time I see it, it's truly devastating. I
was able to get a chin of my own by removing close to 10mm.
But I didn't know when I did it... There would be so many side effects waiting for me.
The side effects are as follows.
1. The shape of the mouth is strange when closed. 2. The appearance of puckering (occurring when the mouth does not close properly and one tries to force it to close)
2. Pain when touching a certain area due to nerve damage
3. Wrinkles forming on the chin (I heard it will get better with Botox, but I have never had it before. Anyone who has seen the effect, please leave a comment... )
4. When you turn your head left or right, there is a sound of bones grinding (only turn at an angle that does not make the sound).
5. “Do I have to live like this for the rest of my life?” Sometimes I hear the voice of my heart saying, Every time that happens, my mental health deteriorates drastically. Depression, nervous breakdown, etc.
6. When I told the doctor about the side effects, he told me to go back because the surgery went well and left... It remained a huge trauma.
It's been more than 10 years, but I thought I wanted to resolve the issues that can be resolved, so I wrote this and made an appointment at the university hospital.
If you are experiencing the same symptoms as me, please give me advice or sympathy...
And it's been more than 10 years since I filed a lawsuit. It's impossible, but would it have been the right choice to file a lawsuit right after the surgery?
