(2) Rather than irritating your mouth while removing the braces, just eat liquid food for a long time.... I don't eat porridge and only drink protein because I'm afraid of getting sticky.
(3) If you want to eat fruit, A gold kiwi is okay.... Crush it with the roof of your mouth

(1) If you're born with it, it's really painful if it hangs below your ears... Modify it with scissors and wear it to fit your ears
(2) If you want to remove the bullseye legally, ( Because I told you not to do it while moving) ---> Take a walk
(3) What if I couldn't do it because it hurt so much? are you okay. Anyway, the purpose is to ‘prevent’ swelling by blocking the movement of tissue fluid in the early stages of surgery, so it’s okay even if you can’t decide. After looking into it, it has nothing to do with sagging.
Even though I didn't do well in the beginning, I think the swelling went down quite well.
