I was dissatisfied with my square jaw and didn't look feminine, so I had two types of contouring (square jaw, front jaw) at the Wai Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic in December of last year.
Contrary to my worries, the recovery went smoothly, and now, 6 months later, I'm living my daily life the same as before the surgery. Specifically, I eat almost anything (just like before the surgery...) but I don't eat chewy things on purpose. People around me say that the surgery went so naturally that people who see me for the first time don't know that I had the surgery if I don't tell them, and friends I haven't seen in a long time or friends I already knew stare at me and compliment me on how slim I look.
I was worried because it was a big surgery that touched the bone, but
after I actually had it, except for the early recovery period, I didn't experience any pain or loss of sensation, and
my complex about my square jaw has been somewhat resolved, so my self-esteem has gone up a lot.
I used to avoid people trying to take pictures, and I was embarrassed when the wind blew and showed my face shape, but now I just show it off. I'm so satisfied!
I think it's really amazing! I only did two of the outlines, but my self-esteem has gone up so much.
I'm happy.
