hello! It's been 3 months since I received 3 types of contouring from Waigugang, and I'm looking forward to the 4th month. I've had a complex about the lower part of my face since I was in high school.  Because I have a protruding mouth and a long, wide chin, I couldn't even think about doing neck polls, so I used to retouch and upload everything, whether it was a selfie or a photo taken by someone else. Afterwards, I didn't even take pictures. Later, as an adult, I had my protruding mouth corrected, and the protrusion of my mouth was greatly improved, but as I lost facial fat, my cheekbones and chin looked more prominent. After realizing that this was not flesh but bone, I decided to do facial contouring. After researching hospitals for several years, I decided on oral and maxillofacial surgery. Because it is a major surgery that touches the bones, safety is the top priority. After the consultation, the director knew what direction I wanted to go without me having to say anything, and the director said he would not do too much surgery, so I decided right away after the consultation. Now that it's been 3 months, a lot of the swelling that didn't seem to go away has gone down. There is only swelling left that only I can notice, and the next day after I can't sleep or eat salty food, it swells more than before the surgery. However, I don't worry too much about these things because they don't exist if you take good care of them. By the second month, my face was quite swollen, so I thought my friends would have noticed that I had surgery, but it was surprising that they all said I had lost weight and looked prettier. Even when I look in the mirror, my lines are beautifully trimmed, and in particular, my chin length and 45-degree cheekbones have disappeared, making my impression much softer than before the surgery. Until the second month, it felt unnatural when I smiled, but the melting thread inside my chin seems to be gradually disappearing, and I can now smile naturally and broadly. I was most worried about the swelling under the chin and the cheeks on either side of the nose, but after persevering while looking for reviews, a slimmer face suddenly caught my eye. That was exactly three months ago. I didn't even pay attention to the swelling in my temples, but it was already gone. The swelling under the chin has almost recovered to what it was before surgery, and the swelling in the cheeks next to the nose, which I was most concerned about, remains about 10%. Personally, I hope it doesn't go away because it's like cheek fat, but it will go down because of the swelling. The swelling won't go down, so if you take good care of it and wait, it will go away. The swelling was going down evenly, but now it has become somewhat symmetrical. Maybe it's because I used the left side of my face a lot before surgery, but my left side was losing weight more slowly. I applied scar ointment to my sideburn scars in the morning and evening after showering, and they faded a lot. Since it's covered in hair, no one will notice unless you look closely. I had some difficulty opening my mouth and chewing meals until the second month. I opened it up to two and a half fingers wide and ate it by cutting it into as many pieces as possible. But after three months, like magic (I have no other way to express it...), my mouth opened and I started eating ssam (ssam). But I don't open it too wide just in case. Still, it's enough to go to the dentist to get it scaled, and there's no harm in keeping it open for a long time. However, I plan to consistently avoid anything that is hard. To manage swelling, I drink red bean tea and ride an indoor bike, and I also walk for 2 hours once or twice a week. Like intervals, I don't do it out of breath, I just do it enough to get me sweaty. I try to manage the swelling every morning with moderate cardio and red bean tea. I am living so comfortably that I can't even remember the first week after surgery. I was told to sleep on my side, I shot Aquapick whenever I thought of it, and I was almost back to my pre-surgery routine. I think I'll have surgery even if I go back. My impression has really changed.

It turned out so beautifully~ I also have a long and wide chin, so as I lose weight as I get older, I'm worried because my lower jaw looks more prominent. I'm getting braces, but I'm worried that braces won't fix my complex. I'm curious where you did it and how much it cost.
