Since I have a low nose and a curved face, I also had fat grafting done during the nose job. If I hadn't done it, I did it so well that I would have done it after getting the nose done. I had fat grafting up to the second time, and maybe it was because of the fat grafting at the same time that my face volume increased. I think I did a great job because I felt like I got good sensitivity. Maybe it's because I got both the nose and fat grafting done together, but people say my face looks smaller and younger, so I'm having a hard time taking pictures of the side lines these days.
