As the general anesthesia wore off, I had cold hands and feet, so it was very cold even with the electric blanket. I fasted for
8 hours before the surgery, but I hadn't eaten anything since 3am, so
I was thirsty + tonsils + neck pain due to tracheal intubation = very healthy.
I was able to drink water 4 hours after the surgery, but I was in so much pain that I had to
hold water in the middle and spit it out, and then they told me to drink a little water every 2 and a half hours (be careful because you'll vomit if you drink it wrong!!) I was mostly
awake, but the larynx of my head hurt in the beginning. I must have lied down wrong during the surgery, so they gave me painkillers and it got better. My throat was still sore and it was painful when I swallowed. I couldn't sleep in the right position. It was still the same, and the side of my head hurt (5 incisions, only the head hurt). I was discharged in the
morning
. I need to get ready!
It's still only day 1, but my chin feels like Go Yoon-jung's, so I'm in a bad mood. The doctor explained it using Go Yoon-jung and Song Hye-kyo as a motif.
