I didn't like the pointy end of my chin like a sex monster, so I asked for it to be rounded. Before the surgery, I had a square jaw and cheekbones, so I had a very masculine image! I feel like my face has become smaller, and I am honestly disappointed that the surgery went much more naturally than expected, but there is no noticeable weight gain after the surgery, and the square jaw that was the biggest problem has noticeably disappeared, and the area that looks wide when taking pictures has improved a lot. Done! And I didn't remove the screw.
