Hello.
This is a review after 1 month and 15 days of contouring 3 types and cortical osteotomy of the masseter muscle at ㅅㅅㅇ.
On the day of the surgery, I was very nervous and worried about general anesthesia (I was worried that I wouldn't be able to wake up;), but I remember going into the operating room and the anesthesia director coming in, and when I
opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room, and I vaguely remember the director coming in and telling me that the surgery went well. My throat didn't hurt much, but it took almost a week for me to be able to speak properly. I was worried because I saw many reviews saying that people felt sick after waking up from anesthesia, but I had a harder time because of the headache, and my face felt heavy and uncomfortable, and my overall condition was not good.
I think I kept waking up and staying up all night.
The hardest part was the headache, especially from the day of the surgery to the 3rd day, and the toothache from the 4th to the 5th day was hard, but I felt better from the 6th day. I couldn't walk much, but when I visited the hospital on the 2nd week, the director said that the swelling was like a month after having my wisdom teeth removed.
But it still looked unnatural to meet friends who didn't know I had the surgery haha
Most of the swelling has gone down now, but I'm looking forward to the swelling in my cheeks and the overall line going down more. There's still some puffy swelling on the inside of my cheeks and the feeling of pulling around the chin incision, and the swelling has felt slow to go down since the first month, but I hope it will go down completely in two or three months. Even though the swelling hasn't gone down yet, my lines have smoothed out and I feel like my face has gotten smaller than before. My
complex about my face looking long was also my complex, but at first it felt awkward that my chin looked shorter, but as it gradually settled in, my overall face length looks shorter than before, so I think I look younger, and I'm looking forward to how I'll look overall when the swelling goes down completely.
