Nose incision and philtrum reduction

For those of you who have had nasal incisions and philtrum reduction done, do you not have to worry about your nose being deformed or the skin underneath your nose being damaged? Please let me know if it worked out well or if it didn't work out... I'm so worried and scared about what to do.
