I had a front chin, square jaw, and cortical osteotomy done, and I like the external appearance. Now all the minor swelling has gone, and my face has completely recovered to the point where I feel like it really looks like my face. But even though a year has passed, I still feel the pulling sensation in my gums and the tightness in my chin when it gets cold. Among those who have been there for 1 to 2 years, is there anyone who still feels tightness? Is it still gradually improving?
