First, the surgical area is the contour and
3 types of nose contour (zygomatic reduction (triple fixation) + square jaw + chin (advancement) + cortical osteotomy)
nose surgery (nose bridge + nose tip).
The photos are 2 before the surgery, 3 after the surgery, CT, and before/after comparison photos.
It's been about 3 months since the surgery, and I went for a follow-up last Tuesday.
I think the swelling is gone now, but I was worried that the remaining swelling would become flesh-like, so I got Inmode done in advance ㅋㅋ
Honestly, I just wanted the surgery to go well, so I didn't plan on getting all the care the hospital gave me, but I
got it after a month and it's so good? ㅋㅋㅋ Especially after getting the cap, my face gets warm and the swelling feels like it's going down a lot.
You shouldn't press hard on your nose, so there's nothing they can do for you except for sebum management, but I recommend getting all the aftercare the hospital gives you for the contour!
There was less swelling than I thought, so I put on makeup after a week, and in the case of my nose, I only had a natural rhinoplasty, and it went really well!
My face wasn't that big, but it was angular, especially the angles under my ears and the chin that sticks out when I look at it from the front, and my cheekbones that immediately ruin my mood when I wear a cap...
All that stress has disappeared so much, it's so good ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
My nose is just natural, and the open scar is sewn so tightly that it's really not noticeable.
Just by looking at this, you can tell that the director is very meticulous. The way he sews it well is a testament to his skill
, and when I take a selfie, the parts where my cheekbones and square jaw stand out have definitely improved,
especially the frontal V-shape, so I'm so happy ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I went to the hospital for a total of 1 week, 3 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months to get treatment and see the director.
This week, at the 3-month mark, he did another CT comparison. Last time, I was in a hurry because I had another appointment, so I just listened to it roughly,
but this time, he really listened to it carefully.. He checked which parts had improved by showing the before and after of the CT, and it really stood out.
When I asked the director if I could take a picture of my skull to keep, he gave me time to do it ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
In particular, the asymmetry and the cheekbone effect can be felt with the naked eye. It was really nice to see that the jaw was cleanly cut without any secondary angles, and
I felt really good again ㅋㅋㅋ I didn't have to get the pin removed, so I'm thinking about getting it done later.
As for
the sensation, my cheekbones almost came back, but my jaw seemed to have come back, but it
got thicker again, so I decided to wait at least 6 months.
I feel like it depends on my condition, but I'm going to believe that it'll be okay in 3 months ㅋㅋㅋ
But I feel like it changes every month, so it's not a stress factor.
Lastly, I eat squid and thick sirloin without being picky, and I don't have any problems in my daily life, but
my face or nose shouldn't be shocked, but I dropped my phone on my face a while ago... When I talked to the director about it when I had my nose checked, he said
my pupils were shaking... ㅋㅋㅋ Ha... I have to be careful ㅋㅋㅋ
Even if I were to reconsider, I'd rather have it done sooner. I think I'm more satisfied than the pain I've suffered.
I think it'll be okay to check the sensation and sagging consistently, so if my sensation continues to be dull, I'm going to make another appointment for the 6th month.
