I went on a diet and
lost 58 kg to 52.5 kg... I succeeded in reducing my body fat percentage by 7%.

The nose is really a side effect of nose reduction surgery or silicone (autologous rib donation). (I heard that reoperation is more difficult than silicone, so
I just put silicone in)
I'm happy that it went well without
any side effects, but it's a little disappointing that the line looks a bit like a straight nose (I want a straight line),
but the advantage is that people don't even know I have a nose because it doesn't look like a real surgery scar and the line and feel is like my
nose. Hahaha

The rhinitis surgery was perfect... It was very difficult because there was a lot of blood in my nose after the surgery (since rhinitis and cosmetic nose contouring are done at the same time) the surgery time was 3 and a half hours. So.... the swelling is so bad)
After a month, I was able to live well lol.
Now I feel like I've got scars around the incisions in my mouth and inside my lower jaw, so I'm going to get treatment for these separately.

They tried to cut the tip of the chin to make it look nice, but it feels like they left it open because of the chin muscles, but it doesn't feel like it was cut along the square cut line.
It may not be like that because it is a T osteotomy, but it feels like the bone is slightly protruding at the nerve line area.
However, the effect was great without any side effects
