I had surgery 6 weeks ago and this is my first surgery. I hope this helps people who have the same problem.
#Pre-surgery concerns: Darkness on the side of the nose, double
eyelid One side of the eye had a distinct double eyelid, but the other side had an eye that had double eyelids and double eyelids.
After searching a lot of videos on YouTube, I found that the difficulty of surgery is not high for eyes with protruding double eyelids like mine, so in fact, I don't worry about going to the hospital for double eyelids.
The problem was that the side of my nose was off. The side of his nose was sunken in as if it were an empty space, making him look very old. Please refer to the photo below.
Anyway, I looked into fat grafting because I wanted to fill this area, but I passed on fat grafting because it seemed like even doctors couldn't predict the shape. I passed on the filler because I was afraid it would melt or cause problems when removing it. The most important thing for me was to be able to recover easily even if the surgery went wrong. So I decided on silicone. Even if silicone becomes inflamed, it can be removed.
When it comes to aristocrats, most people use triangular-shaped ready-made products for surgery, but I didn't like this. Everyone's face is different, but it's a ready-made product. It's even said that it moves well because it comes in two separate pieces.
Then, I saw that teacher ㄷㅌㅈ could sculpt silicone and put it in, so I decided to go here. Since the silicone pieces were connected to each other, I didn't think there would be much deviation, and since it was customized, I had a feeling it would be successful. In the first place, it seemed like this was the only place that did silicone sculpting, so I didn't have a choice.
#Counseling
Still, people say it's a good idea to go to just one place for consultation, so I went to Gangnam, even though it's famous for correcting nasolabial angles. Here, the consultation director decides on the surgery and explains what needs to be fixed on the face while looking at CT photos. I used ready-made noble implants, recommended full-face fat grafting, and the estimate was 7 million won... And the doctor came in and said that I could have eye correction or not, so I decided without hesitation. If you don't need it, you shouldn't do it, but I don't know why surgery related to eye muscles is recommended so easily without any explanation of the evidence.
The consulting teacher, ㅊㄷㅂㅇㅇ, only explained the cost, what was needed during the surgery, and follow-up care, and all the details related to the surgery were discussed by teacher ㅌㅈ. Answer all questions kindly. I was a little worried because there were a few comments in the Seongyesa review that said the teacher looked a bit tired, but I guess it was because her tone of voice and facial expression were so soft and languid haha. I immediately understood what they meant. Anyway, I decided to
keep my eyes buried and my nose tied with ear cartilage and cartilage, and play noble. . I set the date right away, and there was no discount or pressure to make a same-day reservation. Clean~
#Surgery process
was carried out quickly on the day of surgery. When you go to the operating room, they cover you with blankets and the nurses take care of everything. I was very nervous because it was my first move, but since we matched well, I guess I was a veteran and relaxed. I was under local anesthesia while I was under anesthesia, so there wasn't any pain, and when I woke up during the surgery, the doctor asked me to open my eyes, adjusted the shape of my eyes, and explained what type of surgery was going to be performed, which was both reassuring and fun. When finished, show me the mirror. I don't remember because I was dazed and looking in the mirror, but I hope everyone will look carefully.
After the surgery, you can rest in the single-person recovery room.

#Post-surgery ~ 2 weeks
My eyes only hurt that day, and there was almost no pain the next day. Is it because it’s buried? After two weeks, it becomes thinner like the original line. I am very satisfied with the eye shape I wanted. Still, the lines are dark and it looks like I had eye surgery.
I was told it would take two to three months for the scar to disappear.
My nose and nobles are in splints and taped up, so it's hard to eat or wash. Brushing my teeth is also difficult. They will give you a gargle, so just disinfect your mouth with it and gargle. If you remove the tape after 5 days, you can wash your face.

But when I lower my head, blood rushes and it hurts, my nose swells with sebum, and the tip of my nose hurts from the impact when I walk, so it would be easier to just give up living outside for two weeks.
Also, if you touch the cartilage in your ear, it hurts, so you have to be careful not to lie on that side when you sleep. I slept with a hair clip placed horizontally next to my ear so I couldn't turn my head.

I was shocked to see that the nose had a higher triangle than I initially thought. It was my first time, so I didn't even know it was all swelling. Every day, when I look in the mirror, I feel like my nose is up and my nose is too high. I worry about this. My nose was so chubby that it looked like I had triangle gimbap on it.

#2 weeks ~ 1 month
From 2 weeks onwards, swelling and bruising decrease significantly. My nose also rattles less.
But because of the noble surgery, I feel like my face gets red whenever I smile even a little. The teacher also told me to be careful about smiling for a month. But how can someone not laugh?
Once or twice a day, I had something to laugh about, so I would grin, and then my face would hurt, so I would hold my face and press my nose, and my nose would hurt again, and it wasn't a big deal. I thought I would never be able to smile for the rest of my life, but after 4 weeks, it didn't really hurt unless I laughed a lot. My mouth opens quite wide and the swelling is almost gone, making it easy to meet people. However, the upper lip hasn't moved yet, so it's awkward.

But when you look at the nobleman from the outside, it is not noticeable and I am really, really satisfied. I found out that the dark side of the nose plays a huge role in making a person look younger. I’m even more satisfied because I don’t even know I did this.

if you want to be noble, don't worry and just go to that hospital for consultation.
After 2-3 weeks, the nose has subsided a lot and has the shape I wanted. I was very satisfied because the nostrils were less visible and only the tip of the nose was slightly raised, just as I had expected. At that point, there was almost no pain when I touched the tip of my nose or walked on it. And after about a month, I started to lose some fat on my chest and became slightly plump. This will likely subside after a few months as the scars loosen up.

The side of my nose definitely looked like a bald spot, but it disappeared. The tip of my nose was saggy, but it went up slightly. Personally, I am very satisfied and happy because I have heard a lot of people say that I look younger. I went to the hospital again a month later to see the results. I was happy that the surgery went well and the area was well positioned. I hope the swelling goes down quickly. I don't even know if people around me have had noble surgery, but I think the advantage is that it makes the face look more sophisticated. I'm so satisfied and happy that I don't have to worry about surgery scars.
I'm a worry doll, so I saw about 100 cases and went to the hospital for 30 at first, but I'm glad the results came out well. As much as I received a lot of help here, it's also helpful to others who have the same problem as me. I hope it works!!

Anyway, they don't provide as much detailed care about the surgical process or progress as I thought, so we have to study before we go haha...
