I filled the treadmill with
10,000 steps, and I have to do it in the evening as well. Also, there was no unbearable pain, so I stopped taking Tylenol from the 5th day (yesterday). My
mouth seems to open more easily than I thought, but when I chew food, the excessive
swelling gradually descends and looks like an orangutan no matter how I look at
it
