I also give myself a hot compress after work every day.
If you work at a company with a bit of free time, are a full-time housewife, or a freelance swan,
I recommend giving yourself a hot compress often.
It would be great to take a walk after a hot compress...ㅎㅅㅎ
My coworkers are surprised that I have become so slim.

근데 여기는 대형병원이고 공장식이라
2주차 이후로는 경과 따로 볼 필요없다고
병원안와도 된다하고 사후관리 들어가는거 없더라구.
흉살이나 이런것도 본인이 잘 알아보고 따로 케어를 받든 병원을 찾아오든 해야하나봐.
1달까지 애프터 서비스되는건 있는뎅 그점이 좀 아쉽더라구.
경력많은 원장님한테 받는게 좋은거같아 ㅋ
