The area around the mouth is very swollen, but
today the swelling of the lips has subsided and the
feeling of having a lot of people in the mouth is
still uncomfortable
. Today, I finally brushed my teeth with a baby toothbrush and toothpaste.
My mouth is swollen, so whenever I gargle after eating
something, it
hurts, and sometimes phlegm boils in my throat.
Today, I took 5000 steps on the treadmill and came down. I have to take another 5000 steps in the evening.
