2. On the day of surgery (11/1)
Due to personal circumstances (liposuction), she underwent surgery approximately 70 days after the consultation date.
The atmosphere inside was still untidy.
It was a pity that the place to recover is done in a recovery room that can accommodate 2-3 people. It wasn't a closed space, it was just covered with a simple curtain.

3. Surgery progress
(1) 11/1 (same day)

(2) 11/2 (Day 1)
Visited for dressing removal and disinfection.
I can definitely feel that my contours have improved. I had a complex about my side profile, but it has definitely improved. Even taking into account the swelling.
I didn't expect much nasolabial folds because it was a lower face lift.
However, since it was still the 1st day, the area behind the ear and chin was very swollen, so I could see the skin around the left ear was weeping.
It felt like it was pulled tight enough to noticeably improve nasolabial folds. Since these symptoms were not seen right after the surgery... He said that the swelling would be removed and it would get better over a month.

I can feel the swelling rising. I heard that it usually peaks on the 3rd day, and then the big swelling subsides quickly... I guess I'll have to take that into account by tomorrow.
Because of the incision behind the ear, there is no swelling in the middle of the face, and only the lower face is swollen.
(4) 11/4 (3rd day)
Swelling increased a lot. The lower duct is swollen longer than the cheekbones. It looks like something to see.
The part where the flesh was folded around the ear due to smas lifting is still noticeable.
The pain subsided slightly in the suture part of the ear.
You can feel the swelling subside exactly after 72 hours. I thought it was a bit harsh, but I think that was the peak.

Swelling is a common case in all square jaw surgery, so I don't really care about it, but I think it is necessary to revise the expression that daily life is possible after 2 to 3 days after the square jaw surgery.
In fact, at the level of cutting only the angle below the ear with the square jaw behind the ear and suturing it right away, the surgery will take less than 30 minutes, so it seems that recovery is possible after 3 days.
However, considering that mini-lifting was performed in parallel with the long curved square jaw and SMAS exfoliation, it seems that the operation time and recovery period will inevitably be that much longer.
However.. Is the incision behind the ear such that a light walk is possible from the next day? There is no big problem with eating.

(5) 11/5 (Day 4)
I went to make a progress report.
The swelling is at its peak, beyond the double chin, something extra thick under the chin protrudes like a toad's neck. hard.
He said that the fold in the skin on the ear was because the skin was pulled tight without making an incision. He said that he pulled that much for symmetry.
As a temporary measure, the filler was injected to slightly reduce the awkwardness, but I didn't feel much.
He said that you need to think for up to 2 months for this symptom to be alleviated.
Since this part interferes with daily life, I will have to cover it up from now on... I'm worried...
First of all, by the time the stitches are removed, the big swelling will have gone down... Realistically, whether or not a method of incising the skin of an orthodox facial lift is necessary. I'm thinking of consulting.

(6) 11/6
The pain is much gone.
A regular meal is also possible.
However, I had a toad-like double chin, which I didn't have before, but I dismissed it as swelling and passed on... but when I touched it, I felt something hard.

On the 11th day, the swelling subsides, but it is finally noticeable. The folds of the skin are still the same... but it's fortunate that you can feel the original face shape returning.

잔짜 ㅠㅠㅠ 너무속상하다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 저 예전에는 귀뒤 사각턱이 입안으로 절개하는것보다 훨씬 회복도 빠르고 그런줄알았는데.. 어떤수술이던 오랜기간동안 증명되어온 정통방식으로ㅠ수술해주는 병원을 선택해야겠다.. 글쓴 예사의 다른글 보고 링크디타고 넘어왔는데 뼈를 그렇게 자른 돌팔이는 저런식으로 얘기했구나 .. 환자에게 경찰부르라던 모습을 보며 너무 화가난다...
아니 그리고 뼈를 잘랐으면 빼낼거 아니야 그럼 뼈가 어떻게 잘렸는지 수술한 본인은 알거아니야
