Double chin muscle tying vertical wrinkles

After 5 weeks of tying the double chin muscle, my double chin has not improved at all. I can't feel the biobond, and when I raise my head, there is a vertical line. It wasn't there before the surgery, right? But it looks like the lateral fascia band that older people have is stretched.. I asked the hospital and they said it was because of the appearance of sternum and that the results would only come out after 6 months. After tying the muscles in my double chin, instead of improving it, it got worse because it swelled day and night. Are there people who have vertical wrinkles after tying the muscles? And the name of the hospital and the director plan to report the results of the surgery in 6 months.

Isn't it normal for a double chin to be roughly outlined in a month? If there is no improvement at all, there must be a problem;; It seems like vertical wrinkles like that are a side effect... but if that's the breast area, shouldn't I at least get a breast injection?
