First of all, I'm sorry for my head... lol.. After the surgery, I didn't go out except for a walk, and I was recovering from ignorance because I couldn't work because I was discharged from the army early. (I have long hair because I am a police officer)
This is my first plastic surgery, and I just wrote down the standards I had in mind.

At first, I visited the dentist for orthodontic treatment and was diagnosed (?) as saying, "I have asymmetry and this is a two-jaw case."
Originally, there was an asymmetry and it was a situation that I was aware of.
I kept looking into the two-jaw side (I've been to 5 places), and they said that it was too big a surgery and I had to take a break from exercise for a year, so wouldn't it be possible to catch it with contour surgery? Thinking about it, I went to about 7 plastic surgeries.

When contouring, I placed the first priority on asymmetrical improvement, so I did two types of contours (chin tip, square jaw) excluding the cheekbones. When I consulted with the director, he said that perfect symmetry is difficult, but he said he would match it as much as possible, so I had the same idea as the director, so the agreement was completed.
And wouldn’t it be nice if you could become slimmer? Haha Instead, I went in a direction that was not too obvious. It's premature, but I'm satisfied.
The surgery was held on November 14th

2 hours before the surgery
. Kindness even though it doesn't seem friendly. What is it..? I did.
Originally, it was rather good that the doctor said that he was kind even though he did not seem to be kind.
It doesn't make sense to be sober after surgery
. I came to my senses 4 hours after the operation.
My throat is very dry, but if I swallow my saliva, I can endure it. (Fasting)
I can't close my mouth, and the pain is... the jaw is... Is it because it's a painless injection yet? I just had to hold on.
I was able to breathe through my nose.
I drank water and spilled 1/3 of it. (I forgot what time to drink water.) I
went to the bathroom, drank water, walked around, and endured the pain.
The manager also came and went.
My younger brother was in the plastic surgery department, but they said that there are many places where the directors connect and don't care about patients, but this was different. He went after seeing the surgery. I felt relieved and good because I felt that I was responsible until the end.
The nurse kept checking my blood pressure. It is better to let go of thoughts of sleep.
On the second day of the operation
, I decided that it would be okay to go alone because I could endure the pain, and bravely took public transportation alone and went home.

I almost passed out.
I lost my strength in the middle and regretted it 20,000 times.
On the 3rd day of surgery
, my face is about to explode. Is this right...? I was worried that something was wrong.
The 4th day of surgery
was really hectic. My body was weak and lethargic, and I was lying down all the time.
Daily routine: Swallow porridge, swallow medicine, walk for 1 hour,
prepare the rest of the bed teaspoon, drink pumpkin porridge.
Probably half spilled. It is impossible to chew. I ate a lot of pumpkin porridge, yoplait, and ice cream.
It is the day when I came to my senses on the 5th day of surgery
. I took a shower on this day because I really wanted to wash up. I brushed my teeth and it was so thrilling I took a shower screaming. Until the day before, the desire to wash was 0, but after the 5th day, the desire to wash was 200%
I bought a small, soft toothbrush.
On the 6th day after the surgery
, I was able to chew some porridge. I also did the brushing with no problem. I brushed the inside of my tongue.
The 7th day of the operation
is really worth living. It's different for each person, but for those who work, I think you can take a week off.
You can chew something. Of course it's not too bad.
Until then, I thought chewing was unreasonable, but not now. Feeling unreasonable x
I just cleaned it. Of course, the outer teeth were gently cleaned.
On the 9th day of surgery
, I feel weak and have a headache as if I caught a cold.
The swelling goes down a lot. It's different for each person, but I skipped it until the 8th day, and then skipped it on the 9th day.
On the 13th day of the surgery
, the aching cold is gone.
The
2nd week after the surgery
, I go to get my stitches removed.
It's a thread that melts, so you don't have to remove it, but it takes over a month to melt, so I'm going to remove it.
It hurts when removing stitches
. You may be wondering about the sensation of your chin to the point of sweating, but it's not there at all. What does it feel like when you put an arm pillow on your arm? It feels like you are touching your fingertips. When I touch it, I get a numb feeling. If you don't touch it, you won't feel uncomfortable.
Right now, the swelling has gone down a lot, so I'm in good shape, but the swelling inside needs to go down even more. It is said to take up to 6 months.
It may look asymmetrical because of the swelling, but they say it gets better when the swelling goes down. But I'm satisfied because it doesn't look asymmetry anymore.
For those who worry about asymmetry like me and can't take pictures from the front, don't worry and do it. It's comfortable. Even though the swelling hasn't gone down, I'm satisfied.
It hasn't even been a month yet and the swelling has gone down and I'll post again later.

Teeth osteotomy and rotary cutting are known, but each hospital is a little different. In one hospital, there was a place where it was said that turning clipping could correct asymmetry, and there was also a place where it was said that tee osteotomy could correct asymmetry. However, in my case, I thought that the tee osteotomy was effective, so I proceeded.
