Mouth pain on the 4th day of facial contouring

It's been the 4th day since facial contouring, and the stitches in my mouth have been so sore since yesterday morning that I can't sleep. Is this really how it is? It hurts so bad, but is it the 4th day? I had to gargle once every 2 hours and once every 1 hour and 30 minutes. My food was soup or soy milk. If I couldn't stand it, I ate ice cream.

It could have been inflamed like stomatitis. On the third day, I was seriously sore and in pain like stomatitis, but the hospital said that if you eat well, the stitches will dissolve well, so on the last day of unraveling, there were almost no stitches. It was so painful that I asked if I could apply stomatitis ointment, and he said it was okay, so I just applied stomatitis ointment.
