It has been two months since I had 3 types of contouring done at La Vien Plastic Surgery
Leave a detailed review to see if it will be helpful to patients about to undergo surgery.
*Day of surgery
When I woke up from anesthesia, I felt very dizzy.
I am wearing a blood bottle, so drinking water is uncomfortable and frustrating.
The pain is better than I thought,,
*Day 2
I feel like my face is getting more and more swollen and the sunburn is so frustrating that I wake up in the early morning repeatedly.
I can't open my mouth, so I drink soy milk and an isotonic drink.
It wasn't as painful as I thought, but rather the pressure on my face made me feel uncomfortable and my gums hurt.
*Day 5
I went to the hospital to have the stitches removed, the stitches removed, and receive follow-up care.
It’s really so cool and refreshing!
I thought the line wouldn't be visible because there was so much swelling, but before the surgery, the tip of my chin was straight and really blunt.
It's so amazing and good that I can see the tip of my chin, so I just look in the mirror all day.
But my lips were so swollen hahahahaha (refer to the photo)
*Week 2
At some point, you feel the swelling go down.
Every evening, I give him a warm compress and practice opening his mouth, so he can open his mouth much better and eat more easily.
I can eat almost anything as long as it is not too tough or hard.
I didn't go for a walk until a week ago, so the swelling went down slowly, but since I started going for a really good walk, I felt the swelling go down quickly.
*One month apart
Maybe it's because I got used to it, but now that it's been a month, my daily life is the same as before the surgery.
There is nothing uncomfortable about eating, and I do it well by opening my mouth wide even when I yawn.
The scar on the sideburns is barely visible, so no one can tell unless you look closely.
The swelling still remains on the lower cheek, but when you take a picture, your face definitely looks much smaller than before surgery.
I am very satisfied because I can see that the outline lines have become softer.
There is still some swelling, but compared to the picture from the 5th day, it looks like a normal person.
Maybe it's because of the swelling, but my face looks younger lol.
*Now it’s been two months
Double chin swellingㅠㅠ The swelling on my cheeks is also going down evenly.
Real swelling... It went down day by day, but now it feels like the swelling has stopped going down a bit, but time will tell, so I'm waiting...
I am living the same life as before the surgery, to the point where I even forgot that I had the surgery.
I was worried that the sideburn incision was visible anyway, but the scar has healed well and is barely visible once it is covered with fine hair (see photo).
No discomfort and exercise!
There is still some minor swelling, but my senses have returned and my mouth can open easily, and I regret not doing it sooner haha.
*What I felt after the surgery
What I felt after the surgery: Choosing a hospital is really important!
I think the director’s experience, style, and communication are really important.
I think the director’s post-operative care is also important.
I would feel anxious if I couldn't communicate well, but I can communicate well with the director and manager via KakaoTalk even after the surgery, so I don't have to worry.
Even though the swelling was severe, I think I was able to trust and wait (about the 5th day? It was really amazing, the swelling...the face is a monsterㅠㅠ)
I thought the aftercare provided at the hospital was important because it seemed to have played a role in reducing the swelling.
Anyway, I think I did a good job of doing it really quickly!
I heard that minor swelling can last up to a year, so I'm looking forward to seeing how my face will change again.
I will come back with another review once the swelling goes down further
