There was no swelling when I woke up from the anesthesia right after the contour surgery, but it started to swell in the evening.. It has gone down a little from the 5th day, but I have a face that looks like it will explode for a week ㅠㅠ I was so sick that I lived on Tylenol until the 4th ㅋㅋ Who Did I say that it doesn't hurt ㅠㅠ The swelling and bruising are so severe and my lips are tingling. Is it all coming out? It's hard on the cheeks, so how do I get rid of it? ㅠㅠ Ha.. I can't really open my mouth, this is A Oh can I keep exercising??? How do I get rid of the bruises and swelling quickly ? I'm worried ㅠㅠ My face is swollen and bruised as if it's been ripped off.. It 's so painful to look in the mirror ㅠㅠ

When the sun goes down, take a walk for about 2 hours a day, sit as much as possible and eat blandly. It will go away quickly .

Swelling and bruising all go away, so it takes some time. You can take care of it at home by taking a steam bath, taking a walk, and drinking a lot of water .

4 days is unreasonable.. But they said that if you don't have a chin and just have cheekbones, there may be no swelling!

First of all, I can't open my mouth wide lol It's throbbing, but if you take Tylenol, it's bearable! As for sleep.. I keep sleeping while sitting down.. Hahaha My shoulders are stiff hahahahahaha
