I shrunk my cheeks 4 years ago without knowing anything. It's a hospital where an acquaintance worked, so I said 'Please take care of it and make it look pretty' without any hand or footwork. I didn't get any dramatic changes from this surgery. About 2mm I remember? I just knocked it out a little.
