hello! I finished my contouring surgery and had my stitches removed today for the second week. From the beginning, I didn't hesitate and decided to go to the first hospital I went to. The reason was that I thought safety was the most important and I really wanted to work in a one-person hospital, so I trusted and decided without much hesitation!
I'll post the review I wrote down after the surgery.
On the day of the month,
I couldn't hear my voice at all and my throat hurt more than anywhere else. I
kept coughing and spitting out phlegm.
I was scared to cough.
My throat wasn't particularly dry. When I drank water, I coughed
more
. All of this pain,
my neck continues to bleed,
my voice is not good at all, I take a
30-minute walk
, barely manage to squeeze in porridge and soy milk
+ Day 2 Wed
I wake up with a sore throat, I sleep sitting down, but my shoulder and neck hurt so much. My nose
continues to bleed, and almost no blood comes out of my neck
. Night A very large and hard lump of phlegm came out.
I can talk when
the itch goes away . There is a lot of swelling in the mouth.
Dry cough since night.
Walk for 2 hours.
Soy milk, soup, ice cream
+ 3rd day.
Woke up with almost no neck pain.
After taking a shower, I am in good condition. The swelling seems to be the same. It is much better than eating porridge. Dizziness improves when walking easily
The swelling in my mouth has improved a lot.
The nosebleeds continue.
Yogurt, grated bamboo
shoots, and ice cream. Walk for 2 hours
+ 4th day.
The swelling seems to be at its peak. My lips are
very swollen. Dry cough.
No nosebleeds.
I feel like I have a cold.
I'm so hungry that my stamina is low.
I crave eating Chapagetti in a sealed container.
Feeling a bit more comfortable
Bruises start to appear
Rest from walking
+5th day Sat
Yesterday wasn't the best Today was the best
Lips don't seem to be mine
Slight dry cough
No nosebleeds Bruises
around eyes and chin
Slightly more prone to sleep Sleeping at a higher angle
Walk 2 hours
+6 Day 1:
The swelling has gone down a lot compared to yesterday.
There are no more bruises.
A slight shave is possible.
The tip of the chin? Symptoms of tight teeth + burning
No nosebleeds, but still a little bit of gunk + runny nose + phlegm
2 hours of walking +
7th day of month
Swelling goes down drastically,
no bruising
No pain elsewhere, but tightness in the jaw and teeth persists Runny nose
and almost no phlegm
2 hours of walking
And after a week, I felt so comfortable that I didn't write a detailed review. I always walk for 2 hours except once a week and take a foot bath for 1 hour. I slept sitting down for a week!
The most difficult thing during the first week was the neck pain after the surgery for the first time, the pain while doing it, and the lack of strength because I was hungry. The most uncomfortable thing
now, in the 2nd week, was tightness in the tip of my chin, feeling anxious because the swelling had gone down evenly, and sometimes my right cheekbone was muffled and making noises.
The swelling has gone down to the point where I can say that there really isn't any swelling at all (it's something you told me about in advance and it's getting better!), and the lower part of my cheeks is still hard and swollen so it looks rounder than before the surgery, but I was really worried about my cheekbones .
Even though my chin looks like this because
the clown is in it, I'm satisfied. For two weeks, I only ate non-spicy ramen (spaghetti spaghetti, Chapagetti, sari gomtang, etc.), porridge, soup, soy milk, and cake. Starting today, I made tuna mayo rice bowl to eat
. Yes!
I'll post pictures later.
I had the surgery at Noh Jong-hoon Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong :)
