<수술전><수술전><수술후 붓기><수술후 현재><수술후 현재>It's been a little over 4 months since I had the 3 types of contouring. To be exact, I had a square jaw + chin (reoperation) + cheekbone surgery, and I also had nasolabial fold fat grafting.
It's been a while since I had the surgery, so some things are vague, but I'll write down what I remember as much as possible.
● Reason for deciding on contouring
First
of all, I take a lot of pictures, and I was always stressed out because of my asymmetrical face and long face.
My eyes, nose, and mouth are feminine, but my jawline and cheekbones were not smooth, so they seemed to stand out
more. I tried losing weight and getting various procedures, but they were only temporary and came back.
So after much thought, I decided on contouring to fix the fundamental cause . ● Reason for choosing a hospital
Since contouring is a major surgery, I went to many consultations and thought I should get it done at a hospital that was safe and had reliable
skills. And I also thought aftercare was important.
I decided on contouring and looked into it for quite a long time, and as I said, I went to many consultations and did some research.
All the hospitals I consulted with were friendly, but among them, the nurses and the director all felt the kindest, and
I chose the hospital that made me feel comfortable. Of course, I also thought about reviews and aftercare.
When I felt that the hospital had the best If I had to say something,
I think the director calmly and kindly explained the surgical method and my case well.
I usually have nightmares before surgery and am the type of person who does that, but I felt much more at ease going to the surgery than before.
I definitely think I need to completely trust the director.
●Surgery~2 months
They ask a lot about the supplies to prepare before the surgery and take them with me, but I didn’t bring a humidifier or neck pillow and such separately.
But I think it was okay even without them.
I was really worried after seeing reviews that said my throat hurt a lot, I had nosebleeds, and I felt nauseous,
but my throat only hurt a little and I was fine. This may vary from person to person, so just use it as
a reference! In terms of pain, I actually felt less pain with the contouring than with thread lifting… I think it was better than fillers or water light injections.
Maybe it was because I didn’t feel any pain because I got the pain injection, from what I remember…
But this may vary from person to person and my memory may be a bit embellished, so just use it as a reference.
I think the swelling was the worst on the 3rd day, which many people talk about.
The swelling wasn't that bad, so it was less swollen than what I saw in other reviews, but I looked through the gallery and found a picture. LOL I
went for a walk at night and ate liquid food, milk, and vegetable juice in the beginning,
and I think I tried to move around a lot even at home. If I went out for a walk, I just walked in place.
They say that eating salt makes the swelling last longer, so sometimes when I really wanted to eat, I would put sesame oil in porridge or
grind abalone porridge with some water and eat it. And finally, out of conscience, I would drink milk or something like that to get rid of the salt. LOL
I think I was able to go out properly after about 2-3 weeks.
I think my mouth was swollen until about a month later.
At that time, my mouth opened well and I could eat whatever I wanted.
● 3 months~present
Now, I'm much more comfortable than before, so I sometimes forget that I had the surgery.
When I was preparing and deciding on the surgery, I was worried because COVID-19 was at its peak.
But my worries were in vain, and the surgery was performed safely and the progress was good. Thanks for watching,
I feel like I worried for nothing now. I wish I had done it sooner.
After a month or two, the swelling went down quickly, but now the major swelling has all gone down and
only minor swelling remains. My face doesn't seem to have changed much from day to day.
It seems like it's going down little by little, but you can't really tell when you just look at it.
When I compare it with photos, I can see that it's going down little by little.
It feels like there's still some swelling around my cheekbones more than my chin.
They said I should wait up to a year for minor swelling, so I'm going to wait.
4 months was already a long time, but when can I wait until a year? ㅋㅋ
I got contouring done, but I don't think I should gain weight, so I'm taking care of myself these days.
I'm carefully doing Pilates and eating healthy.
There's also talk about sagging after contouring, so I'm also doing Inmode for elasticity management.
Most people worry about sagging after contouring, so
I'm doing it as a preventive measure just in case. I don't know if there's any sagging yet. It
might be a little early for now, but ㅋㅋㅋ
I think if I keep taking care of my elasticity and flesh like this, it won't sag?
I tried to write something short to help others, but it ended up being really long lol.
If there's anyone who's preparing an outline, I hope my post was of some help.
Thank you for reading the long post. Be pretty, everyone~!
