It’s been less than a month since I had three types of facial contouring surgery.
It seems like the major swelling has gone down to a small extent, but the minor swelling has not gone down yet. But seeing as my face shape has become more defined and my jawline has become thinner, I think I've been able to endure the difficult times due to not being able to eat and being swollen. ㅠㅠ I've really overcome a big hurdle... These days, I can eat regular food. I am getting by by eating only hard or chewy foods. When I ate soup with rice... I was so happy!!
I had a headache and jaw pain for a week, and since then I have been sleeping well and living my daily life without any discomfort or difficulty. When I came to see Dr. Sangwoo Lee after having contour surgery, he told me that if I practice opening my mouth consistently, I can recover quickly, so I make sure to do it at least once a day. As time goes by, the swelling is going down naturally.
I was stressed about the shape of my face, but I feel good about the improvement, and the things that were shrinking are coming back.
