Clown surgery.. I really regret it

I've had metallurgical surgery to separate the front and back slits of the double chin and the cheekbones.. Everything else was successful, but the clowns.. I really regret it.. After the cheekbone surgery, the anesthesia didn't wake up, so I couldn't get my mind to vomit for almost 12 hours.. There was a dent, and the hospital decided to do an operation to remove the adherent part by incision of the sideburn again, but I was afraid because I was in a ruined position. Even if I tried, it just fell over. ㅜㅜ Unless the cheekbones protrude too badly, I highly recommend not doing it ㅜㅜ It seems like a very risky operation.. Is there any way to fix the wrinkle?..
