On the first day of the second half, it was difficult to breathe due to the aftereffects of general anesthesia (cough, bloody phlegm, stuffy nose), and in the early morning, the lower jaw and front jaw were very sore. Even with additional painkillers, it was very painful and difficult.
On the 3rd day, the swelling was so high that I wondered if it would burst like this, and when the pain and painkillers didn't work, it was so bad that I couldn't even eat.. After contacting the hospital, I took additional Tylenol. Done.
From the 4th day, it started to improve a lot. My neck pain and bloody phlegm also decreased, and for the first time, I was relieved of my cravings and took a shower. From this point on, the swelling started to decrease drastically, but instead, the bruises on my face gradually turned into bruises. (It is said that there are individual differences in bruises, but I am naturally prone to bruises.)
Currently, the swelling in the eyes and cheekbones have completely disappeared, and the eyes have returned to their original size, and the swelling on the cheeks and lips is still full. The jaw pain has also been reduced to a slight soreness.
From the 4th day when I felt better, I moved around the house and tried to move a lot on purpose. On the 5th day, I went outside and took a walk for about 2 hours. Personally, I think taking a walk and taking a shower has been a great help in reducing the swelling.
I'm doing my best as I can because I've been doing it until a week at the hospital except when I'm eating and gargling. Some people say their scalp hurts, but I have no damage to my scalp at all.
