Hello~ I am a man who had 3 types of jaw contouring surgery (wide jaw, chin, long curved square jaw) on February 1st.
I was going to talk about my experience and other things, but I am not good at writing... Please read it carefully.
First of all, I have always had a complex about my big and broad face. I
have been stressed because of my big face for almost 10 years since becoming an adult, and I have low self-esteem because of my appearance. ㅋ;
I always thought that I absolutely had to get facial contouring, and then at some point, as if possessed by something, I made up my mind firmly and decided to do it quickly. With this in mind, I looked up detailed information about hospitals and side effects for about 2 weeks before deciding on a hospital and getting the surgery. (I knew basic information = surgery method, cost, recovery period, etc.)
I went to 2 hospitals for consultation.
Among them, I got the surgery at a hospital that is often mentioned in Seongyesa and other communities.
I am not sure about the results of the surgery yet. Currently, I feel that my overall facial line has become much smoother? I don't know because my cheekbones don't stick out like that much
or anything like that, but my chin/long chin area seems to have shrunk a lot. / The swelling lasts about 3 months to a year, so I think we'll know for sure once the swelling goes down.
First of all, what I want to say is that you really need to visit a lot of hospitals...
Of course, I regret only going to two hospitals. / If I had tried harder, I could have gotten better results.
And I only found out about side effects like sagging cheeks after signing up for this site. Haha.
I had the surgery considering that facial contouring 100% causes sagging face. It costs money, but you have to make some sacrifices to get what you want. I'm a person who thinks like this, so I
hope you'll consider what I'm saying and have the surgery after really thinking it over.

Office workers should rest for at least 10 days if they want to have the surgery.
For food, I'm still eating liquid food because I was told not to chew for two months. (Rice rolled in soup, porridge, soy milk, etc.)
You also have to think about what you eat... If you have clenched teeth, you won't be able to chew for at least a month and a half (you can't eat meat ㅠ).
As for pain, I didn't have any pain immediately after the surgery. Now, I'm getting some sensation, and sometimes my cheekbones or jaw tingle.
Hmm... In conclusion, what I want to say is
1. Get advice from several hospitals
. 2. Consider whether you can have the surgery under the assumption that side effects (sagging cheeks, etc.) will 100% happen to you. / If you can, I would say get the surgery
. 3. Can you live a restricted life (eating) immediately after the surgery rather than worrying about the pain

Considering all of the things I mentioned in numbers 2 and 3 above, if you are ready for the surgery, definitely get the surgery...
From what I saw in other communities, some people said that they had sagging and other side effects, and that they spent more time and money on sagging lifting than on contouring surgery, but they said they don't regret getting the surgery... That's
