Chin Sandwich Reduction

I chewed a meal from the day of the surgery, and the big swelling went away on the first week. The problem is that the muscles on both sides of the cervical collar feel too tight after the surgery. Does it get better with stretching? I'm curious. I cut about 4mm, but it's not as dramatic as I thought .

It's a surgery that I'm interested in.. I had a t-osteotomy in the past, but the chin ratio is long . I think I'm self-satisfied. Even when I did 3 types of facial contours, I didn't know all of them. It seems like people aren't very interested in other people's faces.
