Non-fixed cataract reduction surgery review

It's been more than 2 years and my cheeks are starting to sag a little... I took it into account to some extent because I had a non-fixed reduction, but I'm in my 20s and I'm worried if I should get a lifting already. ㅜㅜ I'm worried because they say if you get a lifting at a young age, you'll have to keep getting it in the future. ㅠㅠ

비고정도 고정도 조직 많이 건드리면 다 처져요..
나사 안넣고 절개 박리 조금해야지 안처질 확률이 높다네요..
우선 지금 살짝왔을때 리프팅 받는게 낫지 않을까요..??
