I've been freezing for a little over two months now and I have quite a bit of fat under my chin, so I thought about it and decided to do it! The swelling doesn't last long and disappears quite a bit in about a day. (You can resume your daily life the next day!) The hardest part was eating while wearing the puffer... I'm really happy when the puffiness goes away.. haha It's been about a month. At first, some of the fat under the chin was removed and the facial line was adjusted, but after about two months, the jaw line was completely restored and the fat on the sides of the cheeks seemed to have decreased considerably! I can feel that the fat under my chin has decreased and I have a V-line!
