1. The counseling room managers and the director are very kind and fun, but also professional.
2. The swelling was so small that only I noticed it, and there was almost no bleeding right after the surgery, so there weren't many scabs. After shampooing two days later, I was able to go back to my daily life right away. No one would know. However, my hair gets greasy before shampooing, so if you have to go out on a weekday, make sure to get the surgery on Friday.
