I went there and got philtrum reduction and philtrum concavity surgery using the 3rd generation method at Avant! The director is very professional, perhaps because he has performed a lot of surgeries and studied a lot of surgical methods. Looking at other people's before and after photos, there are no scars and the results are good, similar to the reviews. It's been about 2 months since I had the surgery at Avant, and the scars are really not visible and the philtrum is not visible. I'm so satisfied with this reduction and feeling younger ^^
