안녕하세요? 저는 볼처짐이 생기지 않는다는 이유로 두피절개 방식으로 광대 수술을 받았습니다.
머리 측두부쪽을 살짝 절개하여 수술하는 것이 아니라 한 쪽 귀에서 다른 쪽 귀까지 쭉 절개하여 수술하는 방식이에요. 그리고 이렇게 크게 수술하는 병원은 몇 곳 없는 것으로 알고 있습니다.
그렇기에 이런 수술에 대한 후기가 잘 없는데 저의 수술 경험을 공유하여 선택에 도움이 되도록 하는 것이 제가 후기를 남기는 이유입니다.

한 달부터 2개월까지는 붓기가 슬슬 풀리기 시작합니다. 저 같은 경우엔 2개월차 때엔 대부분의 붓기가 빠졌었던 것 같아요.
이런 이유로, 성형(특히 윤곽수술)에서는 1년까지 경과를 지켜봐야한다고 흔히들 말하는데 2개월차가 넘어가면 잘된 수술인지 큰 윤곽 정도는 파악할 수 있다고 생각합니다.
수술하고 한 달까지는 붓기 때문에 광대가 오히려 커진 느낌이었구요. 두 달이 되서는 붓기가 빠져서 원래 예전 모습이 보이기 시작했습니다.
그 이후로 크게 변화는 없어요. 이 말은 광대 축소 수술의 효과를 잘 모르겠다는 거에요.. 물론 자세히 비교하면 조금은 줄어들었을지 모릅니다.
저는 옆광대가 크게 발달한 얼굴형이 고민이었는데 똑같이 옆으로 큰 상태고 친구나 가족들도 얼굴만 봐서는 광대 수술했는지 전혀 눈치채지 못할 정도입니다.

수술을 결정할 때엔 득실을 따져보셔야 합니다.
저 같은 경우엔 제가 예상하지 못한 실이 너무 많았고 득은 너무나도 미비했어요.
지금부터 제가 생각하는 실을 말씀드리겠습니다.

<탈모>
수술하고 한달까지 머리가 우수수 빠집니다. 손가락 너비로 쭉 빠집니다.
한달 후랑 5개월 후의 사진을 첨부했으니 확인해주세요.

1개월차까지만 해도 일시적인 탈모라고 생각해서 큰 걱정은 하지 않았어요.
근데 3-4개월 때부터 올라온다는 머리카락이 안올라오면서 불안해졌습니다.
그래서 3개월차쯤에 모발이식전문 병원에 가서 상담을 받았고 6개월까지는 더 올라올 수 있지만 6개월이 넘으면 머리카락이 더 올라올 가능성은 거의 없다고 했습니다.
그 당시 견적을 1300모 받았었는데 6개월 후에도 안올라와서 견적을 다시 받아보니 2200모가 나오더라구요
올라올거라 예상했던 머리카락이 안올라와서 견적이 오히려 늘어난거죠.
흉터에 대한 모발이식은 흉터를 가리는데에 목적이 있어서 정상밀도의 50~80%를 채우는 것이 목표라고 합니다.
실제 저의 모발 손실은 2200모 보다 훨씬 더 많은 것입니다.

탈모와 관련해서 제가 병원에서 지시한 관리사항을 잘못해서 이렇게 된거면 이해를 하겠는데 따로 관리법에 대해 들은 것은 없습니다.
하지만 만약 혹시 두피절개로 수술을 했다면, 2주 동안은 절개부위 모발 생착 기간이라 생각하고 조심히 다루면 저보단 덜 빠질수도 있을 것 같습니다.(나중에 모발이식에 대해 알아보다 알게된 내용입니다.)

어쨋든 저는 머리가 안자라나면 어떡하지? 이 생각을 6개월 동안 하면서 고통받았구요.
결국 절개선 라인으로 영구적인 크고 작은 땜빵들이 생겼습니다.
병원에선 1년이 지나면 꼬매면 된다고 쉽게 말하는데 당사자로서 회의감이 듭니다.

그 이유는 아래와 같습니다.
1. 꼬맬 때 타원형으로 절개하여 꼬매는데 주변 정상 모발이 필연적으로 같이 삭제되어버린다.
이미 2200모 이상이 되는 모발 손실이 있었는데 또 얼마나 더 많은 모발손실을 감당해야한단 말이죠?
2. 절개식 모발이식 할 때 후두부를 1~1.5cm 폭으로 절제하는데도 벌어진 흉터가 발생하는 경우가 많다. 그렇기에 폭이 2센치가 넘는 큰 땜빵을 자르고 꼬매도 다시 벌어질 가능성이 높다.
3. 절개라인을 따라 5mm이하로 나있는 절개흉터탈모는 잘라내고 꼬맬 수 없다.

위의 이유들 때문에 영구적인 탈모부위를 흉터 절제술로 간단히 제거할 수 있다고 가볍게 생각하고 넘길 사항은 아니라고 생각합니다.

<흉터>
저는 절개 부위 흉터가 크게 생겼습니다. 오른쪽, 왼쪽 정수리쪽이 특히 벌어져서 크게 땜빵이 남아있습니다.
앞서, 제가 흉터 절제술에 대해서 회의적이라고 말씀드렸습니다.
그럼 흉터 부위에 모발이식하면 되느냐? 그건 또 아닙니다..
흉터부위를 보면 일반 피부랑 다르게 딱딱해요. 혈관도 별로 없고요. 그래서 흉터부위에 모낭을 심어도 생착이 잘 안됩니다.
봉합선은 피부 깊숙한 곳까지 손상이 되어있기 때문에 흉터조직으로 뒤덮혀있다고 보시면 됩니다.
외과적 절개부위 흉터는 모발이식을 하게 되면 생착률이 10~20% 나온다고 합니다. 실패가 보장된 수술이죠.
머리에 흉터를 남긴다는 건 이런 것입니다.

첨부 사진 중에 동그라미 친 부분 사진 보이시나요?
깔끔하게 봉합되면 좋겠지만 저는 울퉁불퉁하게 꼬매졌습니다.(그림으로 그린 걸 봐주세요. 파란색 박스처럼 꼬매진 게 아니라 빨간색 박스처럼 울퉁불퉁하게 꼬매졌습니다.)
절개선이 엄청 긴 만큼 저처럼 모든 부위가 깔끔하게 봉합되기는 어려울 수도 있다는 걸 생각해보시길 바랍니다.

<볼처짐>
2개월이 지나갈 무렵에 눈밑에 칼로 그은 듯 주름이 생겼습니다. 오른쪽이 특히 더 심해요.
인디언 밴드가 짙어지고 또 코 옆으로 볼록해서 팔자주름이 엄청 심해져서 전체적으로 나이가 들어보입니다.

수술 후랑 전이랑 사진 첨부했는데 어떻게 보이시나요? 병원에선 볼처짐 절대 아니라고 하는데 볼처짐으로 보이는지 아닌지 솔직하게 댓글을 달아주시면 감사하겠습니다
(저도 차라리 제 기분탓이었으면 좋겠습니다.)

<감각 이상>
수술한지 7개월이 지났음에도 머리 절개 부위가 간지럽습니다. 표현하기가 힘든데 겉에서 간지러운 느낌이 아니라 피부 안쪽으로 간지러운 느낌이에요. 진짜 사람 미칩니다..ㅋㅋㅋ
볼처짐을 예방한다고 골막을 위로 당겨서 봉합한다고 그랬는데 그래서 그런지 광대부위 안쪽이 계속 당기는 느낌나는데 찡그리는 표정을 지으면 아플정도로 당기는 느낌이 심해집니다.
근데 볼처짐 예방은 커녕 거울 보면 나이들어보이고 얼굴은 당기고..
7개월이나지났는데 계속 이러니 불안해지네요..


자꾸 글을 쓰다보니 하고 싶은 말이 많아져 글이 길어져버리네요ㅠ
광대수술이든 안면거상이든 두피절개를 고려하시는 분들에게 제 경험이 참고가 되었으면 합니다.
다음엔 4월에 병원에 가서 나눴던 상담내용에 대한 후기를 작성하려합니다.

I had a non-incision hair transplant on the scar area. The hair transplant cost 5 million won. The scar area needs multiple surgeries, so I need to do 1-2 more surgeries. There is a high probability that hair will not grow on the scar. That happened to me too. If you still want to keep your hair thick, keep your hair like a beard and consider a hair transplant.

I put my cheekbones in...how can I not have saggy cheeks? People who say they have cheekbones but don't have saggy cheeks are a real lie. It's just that people who don't have saggy cheeks or saggy cheeks look more plump. I know where that hospital is...but the reviews say it was okay. Except for one... There were no reviews for some reason. I hope the hair transplant goes well... For sagging cheeks, I recommend lifting regularly and then getting a lift later!

I went to this hospital last year for a consultation and immediately lost the money. It's so unhygienic, they talk in gibberish and don't trust anyone, and I'm startled by the way they yawn and raise their feet. I feel like they changed their minds immediately after the surgery and didn't seem to take any responsibility.
