Cheekbone revision surgery

I had 2 types of facial contouring in my early 20s, and 5 years later, I had to re-surgery only on the cheekbones because it was too asymmetrical and didn't see much of an effect. Maybe it's because I don't have any fat on my face at all, or maybe it's because I've been doing laser lifting consistently. Fortunately, there hasn't been any sagging yet . I am not 100% satisfied as there is still some swelling.
