Hello! I'm leaving a review after 2 weeks of getting the 2.5 contour surgery (wide angle + pinless V-line)~~
I've had a lot of
plastic surgery and procedures, but this is my first time writing a review, so it's awkward ㅎㅎ.. First of all, 10 years ago now..ㅋ When I was 19, I promised myself that I would get contour surgery when I became an adult.
However, when I actually became an adult, the high cost of the surgery and, in my early 20s, contour surgery was a very rare surgery and it wasn't as common as it is now, so there wasn't much information about it. I gave up on contouring surgery due to concerns about facial paralysis and various side effects, and fear of major surgery (like death during the surgery..) and
tried various other methods. I tried cheek filler to soften my prominent peanut-shaped face, got square jaw botox, and received meridian therapy 20 times at a famous shop. But I wasn't entirely satisfied with the results ㅠㅠㅠ
My chin is mostly bone rather than muscle, so botox didn't work, and although cheek filler was able to move away from the peanut shape a little, I still didn't like the protrusion of the 45-degree cheekbone, and my mid-face became longer and my face looked long and ugly.
Even though I got the meridian treatment, it was so painful... I went to an meridian shop to shrink bones 20 times and an meridian shop to stretch muscles for about a month, but there was almost no change between before and after;;; When I compared the casts, the change was so small that they could barely overlap.
I was so desperate that I steeled myself for contouring and put a lot of effort into it.
Safety - safety system of the operating room (uninterruptible power supply, I forgot the name, but a ventilation system to prevent bacterial infection during surgery(?)), anesthesiologist on duty, trustworthy attending physician, ability to prepare for emergencies, detailed preoperative examination Aesthetics
- whether the doctor's aesthetic sense and the direction of beauty they pursue are the same as mine, whether different surgical methods are used for each case Satisfaction
- satisfaction with reviews on various apps and cafes, systematic aftercare, etc.
It was a big surgery, and I wanted it to be a once-in-a-lifetime surgery (I really hated having a second surgery. The recovery period is long..ㅠ Because I thought it would sag more if I had a second one..),
so I looked into it really, really x10 thoroughly and went there.
The results of the surgery were shockingly satisfactory;;;; I had a CT scan in the 2nd week to compare the before and after, and I was 200% satisfied, more than I had hoped;;
I expected that I would feel about 80% satisfaction
because no matter how detailed I explained it, there is the issue of communication and aesthetic standards are subjective from person to person
. However, I researched a lot to find out what kind of face shape I am pursuing, what details it has, and what kind of face shape would go well with my facial features, and tried to convey it as objectively and clearly as possible.
I am really satisfied ㅠㅠ Only the major swelling has gone down and a lot of residual swelling remains, so I look like a squirrel (?) and there is still a lot of candy swelling, but my jawline is gradually being revealed and I can definitely see that my 45 degree cheekbones have disappeared as much as I wanted!
After I did my contour study(?), the conditions I told the director were
- Things I absolutely hate: Flat cheekbones, a chin that is too short or blunt, and a narrow V-line.
- Desired direction: A change that is gentle enough that the 45-degree protrusion is similar to the eyebrow bone so that it is not highlighted as a flaw, reducing the side cheekbone to match the sunken temple, changing the current sagging U-line to a slightly steeper V-line, leaving a square under the ear (aristocratic chin), and if possible, reducing the length of the chin by about 0.5 cm.
During the last sketch before the surgery, you told me that it would be difficult to leave an aristocratic chin if the jawline becomes steeper, and I also knew that my ears are located quite low due to the nature of my face, so I chose an angle and gave up on the aristocratic chin.
Anyway, I am really, really satisfied with the result, and I am so proud that I got the right result the first time after researching so much…
I've had some surgeries, and if you get surgery from someone who is good at clean surgery, there won't be much bruising, the swelling will be minimal to begin with, and it will go down quickly. That's what happened to me.
