Will just one type of contour (cheekbones) cause sagging skin and a double chin??

I'm a man in my early 20s. I've been having a complex about my cheekbones since I was young, so I'm thinking about getting surgery these days, and I 'm worried about sagging weight. Even now, I hear people say I'm warm, but I do n't know much because I feel like I'm going to be bad for no reason, but please give me some advice, everyone! If I don't do 3 types of contouring and only do cheekbones, will I lose less weight?

아뉭?! 윤곽한것만으로도 살처짐와! 특히 광대수술하면 살처짐이 젤 잘보여 사람들이 흔히 말하는 살처짐이 광대에서 오거든 그거 각오하고 수술해야해

살처짐이라는게 원래 살을 지탱해주던 뼈가 사라져서 생기는거라... 한 부위든 두 부위든 뼈가 없어진만큼 처짐 가능성은 수반되겠지

얼마나 절제를 했냐에 따라서 다릌듯 난 쳐짐 아직 없어 8년차
